The Flexon Series ALD rigid insulated impact door is recommended for the following applications:

Suitable for motorized traffic in medium- to heavy-duty environments

Typical applications include doors in retail stockrooms, supermarkets, coolers, food processing facilities, pharmaceutical facilities, and light industrial facilities.

Designed for superior long-term performance, the Flexon Series ALD insulated impact doors include the following standard features:

A continuously welded tubular aluminum subframe forming a lightweight, rigid door body.
Choice of several panel facings, all bonded and mechanically fastened: 1/8" rigid, USDA plastic (Model ALD-P); 16-gauge aluminum (Model ALD-A); and 18-gauge stainless steel (Model ALD-S).
Torsion spring or V-Cam hinge closing mechanism.
Flexible foam core insulation.
Durable, 14" W x 16" H clear, double-pane vision area for maximum visibility and safety; optional sizes available.
Flexible rubber nosing.
