Dock Levelers — Mechanical — Flexidock Series EDS

The Flexidock® Series EDS mechanical dock leveler is designed to offer you a low-maintenance bridge between your building and the trailer at your dock. With a mechanical system, the Series EDS dock leveler requires no external power sources, so that energy costs-- along with your initial investment costs -- are greatly reduced.

A simple pull on the recessed D-ring at the rear of the deck automatically releases the unique hold-down device, allowing the deck and lip to extend to the open position. By walking the deck down, the lip rests on the truck bed and releases so that when the truck pulls away. It falls to the closed position.

The EDS mechanical dock leveler includes the following standard features:

• A yieldable mechanical lip assembly features spring-assisted extension and a positive lip locking with impact release feature
• Our rigid base frame construction is crafted from welded structural steel and includes rear hinge supports and night locks.
• The maintenance bar fully locks the main lift assembly and is bolted to the base assembly.
• Retractable safety legs prevent the assembly from free-falling.
• Working range-toe guards provide added worker safety.
