Hydraulic Dock Levelers — Flexidock Series DH-SC

The Flexidock® Series DH-SC direct hydraulic dock leveler provides complete hydraulic deck and lip operation at the loading dock for increased productivity, reduced maintenance costs, and improved personnel safety.

The operator pushes a constant pressure push button to raise the deck and extend the lip. Releasing the button lowers the deck automatically to the truck bed. Once loading or unloading is complete, the unit returns to the cross-traffic position for storage.

Series DH-SC hydraulic dock levelers may be equipped with an optional interlocking system for connection to an overhead door or loading dock safety systems.

The DH-SC hydraulic dock leveler includes the following standard features:

• The fully hydraulic lip cylinder assembly is self-retracting, with optional independent lip control with E-stop function
• The hydraulic pump and motor features a totally enclosed and non-ventilated motor and a NEMA 12 push button control box. The pump is powered by a 115v/1 phase or 230v/460v/3 phase/60Hz 1-1/2 HP powerpack.
• Our rigid base frame construction is crafted from welded structural steel and includes rear hinge supports and night locks; optional clean frame is available.
• The maintenance bar fully locks the main lift assembly and is bolted to the base assembly.
• Full range toe guards eliminate the "pinch point" between the deck and dock floor.
• Failsafe main lift cylinder prevents free-fall of deck.
